Crispy Fried Cassava


Ingredients:

1/2 kg of cassava is already cleaned and cut into pieces
1 tsp coriander powder
5 gr salt
1 clove garlic
1 segment of Saffron

How To Make:

Blend spices, give a little water and then boiled cassava with water the herbs
Cook until boiling, then reduce the fire in a pan covered
If cassava is cooked, remove, drain and FRY
