Fried Tofu Recipe Contents


RECIPE SAVOURY CRISP SIMPLE KNOW THE CONTENTS

Materials:
10 pieces fried tofu
The contents of the vegetable/meat
Skin out

Material Content:
2 small slices of carrot fruit length soft
4 sheets finely rajang cabbage
100 g bean sprouts
100 grams of minced meat chicken
2 small slices of celery btg
1 finely sliced Leek btg

Contents Of Seasoning:
3 cloves shallots
2 cloves garlic
5 pieces of red chilli
salt to taste

Ingredients Dough Skin Layer Only:
200 g plain flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 leek finely rajang btg
Salt and water to taste
HOW TO MAKE A CRISPY SAVORY SIMPLE KNOW THE CONTENTS

Saute seasoning until fragrant then add all fillings and sauteed until cooked.
Make dough skin by mixing the flour, water, and spices that are dibahan the above dough, and beware lest too dilute.
Dividing an already deep fried tofu that one of its sides like a wallet and then remove it, insert the contents of the material that has been sauteed tofu and enter into the last batter then fried the new skin until done, remove, drain, and serve while warm with fresh cayenne pepper or soy sauce.
