How to make fried tempeh Crispy


Tempe is a typical Indonesian dishes original. a lot of fans overseas, especially Indonesia itself is their penchant to complement the dining table.



Compotition :
v  .Soybean tempeh
v  .Cooking oil
v  .Scallions cut

The first seasoning:
v  .half stem saffron which has been crushed in advance
v  .half teaspoon coriander already mashed
v  .salt to taste
v  .water to taste

The second ingredient for crispy tempeh wrap:
v  .50 grm flour
v  .50 grm rice flour
v  .Water 500 ml

How to make:
v  .Cut tempeh into several parts, standard size is strongly recommended to get the perfect taste.
v  .Input bits of tempe on seasoning first, scroll-roll and let sit a few moments.
v  .Further input bits and tempe on the dough is given a piece of green onion.
v  .Fried in oil that has been heated a few moments until the colour is brownish.
v  .Serve for family while still warm.
